We're excited to meet you. Check in, make yourself comfortable and get ready to learn about studying a degree in Biological Sciences at uni.
Here's our guide to subject taster days, should you want to learn a little more about our taster days before booking.
Check-in from 9.30am at King Henry Building, Portsmouth PO1 2DY.
You'll get an introduction to studying our courses and where you could go with a degree in Biochemistry, Biology and Marine Biology.
We'll take a short break and then move onto our first session.
We'll split you out into groups, everyone will get a chance to take part in each session throughout the day.
Biochemistry
Get your lab-coat on and discover how you can study molecular and chemical processes inside cells, and how they control life, from development to disease. Understand how you can influence and manipulate these processes for our benefit.
Biology
Put your safari-gear or your lab-coat on and see and feel Earths most important biological entities and how they control the planet. See how you can discover new understandings of biological systems, ecology and their management, from microscopic life to plants and animals.
Marine Biology
Jump into your scuba-kit on and dive into the fascinating and economic importance of the marine world to understand marine life and ecosystems. See how you can make a difference in uncovering new understandings of marine ecology and conservation, here in the UK, or around the world.
